This past weekend, we had the honor of serving our nitro cold brew coffee to the homeless of DTLA's Skid Row at Charles Oakley's 'Oak in the Kitchen' fundraiser during NBA All-Star Weekend.

Coffee has been a great vehicle to connect with people and communities, and a product we feel so good about sharing with others. It has the ability to ignite stimulating conversation, which at times can lead to prolific new perspectives- something which participating in this event definitely did for us. We know that one day of cold brew doesn't solve the dire situation for our city's homeless, but sometimes simply helping to bring a smile to someone's face, (and a drink other than water or a beer in a bag), can bring about positive thought and indirectly great change.
