Spilling the beans

Making a great, cafe quality cup of coffee at home couldn't be easier. Here are few tips to get you started - 

--  Use freshly roasted coffee, preferably Ferndell Brand from Los Angeles

--  Brew with hot water just under the boiling point. Around 205 degrees is perfect.

--  Dose heavy, 2 scoops of ground coffee per cup will give you the richness you want

--  Let the coffee cool for 5 minutes before you sip it. Patience, after all, is a virtue.
