We’ve spent many years forming direct relationships with growers, co-ops, dry mills and exporters to foster long-term relationships that matter. Our supply network meets, exceeds, and demonstrates excellence in every way. We source from from a proven vendor network that embraces sustainable practices, focuses on the highest level of consistent quality control and maintains a commitment to responsibility in the community.

How we roast

Quality starts at the source, but its perfected at the roaster. Our process combines the time-honored art of classical craft roasting with carefully applied, state-of-the-art modern methods.  Every coffee is roasted in small batches by hand in traditional drum systems with modern enhancements designed to reduce emissions, enable control, and improve consistency.

  • 60 pound maximum batch size 

  • 3 stage particulate sorting and filtration 

  • computer controlled “ai” modules(proprietary)

  • automatic data log and tracking

  • fully traceable lot coding
