SOURCING

 – We firmly believe that quality starts at the source. For us, that often means exotic lands and far reaching corners of world. Each year we taste fresh coffees from around the globe in search of the best. Only the finest raw coffee beans make it to our roastery in Los Angeles, California. The coffees we purchase for our blends are traded responsibly, processed naturally, and held to the highest of standards. 

ROASTING

 – Ferndell was born in the past and it comes as no surprise that we roast the old-fashioned way, one batch at a time.At the heart our plant is a beautiful, American-made coffee roaster that allows us to produce consistently delicious coffee batch after batch. Our unique roasting system creates even bean development, perfect balance of flavors, and a smooth and rich taste that is markedly Ferndell. 

FRESHNESS

 – It may be old-fashioned, but our philosophy is quite simple - roast, pack and ship the same day. No exceptions. We firmly believe that freshness has absolutely no substitute and is what creates an unmistakable difference you can taste . All coffee orders are roasted and processed Monday-Friday and shipped within twenty-four hours. We guarantee that every batch of coffee leaving our roastery is the freshest it can be.
